If your F&O segment was blocked because of missing or invalid income proof, here’s how you can get it unblocked:

1. Go to Profile > Account Information > Trading and Details > Income Proof (for F&O)
2. View your block status
3. Submit a valid income proof as per the accepted formats
4. Once verified, we’ll automatically unblock you on our systems

You can also go to Update Income Proof from the button below. We’ll also notify you by email and app once the block is lifted.
