Why was my F&O activation rejected?

Your F&O (Futures & Options) activation request may be rejected if the income details or documents you submitted don’t meet regulatory requirements. Some common reasons include:

  • The income proof you provided is either invalid, unclear, or outdated.
  • The income category selected doesn’t match the document uploaded.
  • The document does not clearly show your name or income amount.
  • You selected “No income” or an income slab below the minimum required for F&O trading.

You can resubmit your request with updated or correct proof through the app. 

Note: Check the list of valid income proof documents while reapplying.
