Why am I unable to initiate another income proof update request?
If your last Change Income request is still in progress, we won’t allow you to raise a new one until it’s completed.
If your last request was successfully completed, you’ll need to wait before you can raise another one to avoid misuse. However, if your last request was rejected, you can try again immediately.
