What if I’ve made a lumpsum (one-time) payment after my AutoPay failed or was pending?
If you’ve manually made a one-time payment when the scheduled AutoPay failed or was pending, there can be two scenarios:
The auto payment failed, but the manual one-time payment you made was successful: in this case, any money deducted for the failed Autopay debited from your account will be refunded within 2 working days from the date the payment failed.
The pending AutoPay was successfully completed, and the manual one-time payment you made was also successful: the extra amount received will be invested
