What if I am unable to add a bank account?
If you’re unable to add your bank account, it could be due to verification failure, inactive or frozen account status, or incorrect/mismatched details.
Here’s how you can fix it:
- Double-check that your name matches across PAN, Aadhaar, and bank records.
- Ensure your account number and IFSC code are correct.
- If verification still fails, tap Upload Bank Proof and submit a cancelled cheque or a recent bank statement (within the last 3 months) with your name, account number, and IFSC clearly visible.
