Double-check that your name matches across PAN, Aadhaar, and bank records.
Ensure your account number and IFSC code are correct.
If verification still fails, tap Upload Bank Proof and submit a cancelled cheque or a recent bank statement (within the last 3 months) with your name, account number, and IFSC clearly visible.
