Why is my account inactive?
As per exchange rules, if you have not carried out any of the following activities in the last 24 months, your account will be marked inactive:
Trading or participation in OFS, buy-back, or Open Offer across any exchange/segment (e.g., Cash/Equity Derivative, or any other SEBI/stock exchange-approved segments).
Applying or subscribing to IPOs (where the bid is successful and not canceled).
Updating or modifying KYC details such as email ID, mobile number, or address validated and registered on the KRA system.
Note: You won’t be able to place new trades, but you can still log in, add, or withdraw funds.
