If your trading account is marked inactive:

• You cannot place new trades in stocks, ETFs, or derivatives
• You cannot sell any existing holdings
• You cannot add funds to your trading account
• You can still apply for IPOs, but you will not be able to sell the shares allocated from them
• Your existing holdings will remain securely stored in your demat account
• Any remaining funds will be settled periodically as per your preference (monthly or quarterly)

To reactivate an account that has been inactive for over 24 months, a Re-KYC process is mandatory. You must confirm or update the following details:

• Address, mobile number, and email ID
• Bank account or DP details
• Income Details

If any of your KYC details are outdated, they must be updated before reactivation.
