Why is my in-app cash ledger not updated?
If you don’t see a specific trade in your cash ledger, it might be because
- Updation time: It takes T+1 day (the next day) for your trade details to be updated in your reports
- M2M updates: Your actual F&O settlement amount may differ from the cash ledger total because Mark-to-Market (M2M) is excluded. For open F&O positions, M2M is recorded directly in your ledger but will not appear in the cash ledger.
Important: You can check your contract notes at the end of day for a complete breakdown of your charges.
