What are the three investment levels for stock selection, and how do they help build my portfolio?

  • Level 1: Factor-Based Selection: This level filters India’s top 250 companies (the Nifty LargeMidcap 250 space) using a scoring system. The tool identifies and displays stocks that possess high factor scores across three critical financial metrics: Quality, Value, and Momentum.
  • Level 2: Sector Diversification: Designed to mitigate risk, this level introduces sector diversification by showcasing top-performing stocks from two distinct market sectors. This ensures your portfolio remains resilient and isn’t overly reliant on the performance of a single industry.
  • Level 3: Broad Market Exposure: This final tier builds long-term stability through Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) tracking commodities (like Metals) and broad indices (like Nifty BeES). ETFs allow you to invest in a diversified basket of assets in a single transaction, adding macro-level balance to your portfolio.
