Why are you sending me physical contract notes and what are the charges for these physical contract notes?

As per SEBI regulations,if your electronic contract note (ECN) bounces, a physical contract note must be sent via courier to your registered address.

We do not charge a fee for the first email bounce. However, from the second bounce onwards, a fee of ₹100 (plus 18% GST) per contract note will be debited from your ledger towards courier and handling charges.
