Vikram Solar Ltd., one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, has secured a major new order from Sunsure Energy, a key provider of renewable energy solutions to Indian industries. The contract covers the supply of 148.9 MW of high-efficiency solar modules to be deployed across vital projects in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.

Vikram Solar will supply its advanced M10R N-Type TOPCon modules, rated at 595 Wp, known for their superior performance and reliability. This significant order reinforces the momentum behind India’s energy transition, directly supporting the nation’s ambitious target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030.

Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director of Vikram Solar, highlighted that the collaboration plays a vital role in sustaining India’s progress toward clean energy goals. By combining technological excellence with strong industry partnerships, they are accelerating project execution and strengthening the collective ecosystem that will power India’s clean energy future, he stated.

This latest win adds to a robust pipeline of orders for Vikram Solar this year, including contracts with AB Energia (200 MW), L&T Construction (336 MW), and Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (326 MW). The projects will drive local economic impact through clean power access, reduced carbon emissions, and enhanced energy security.
