  • Muthoot Finance Limited’s Board has approved an additional equity infusion of ₹500 Crores into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Muthoot Money Limited. The purpose of this cash infusion is to strengthen the capital base and improve the capital adequacy ratio of the subsidiary, which operates as a Non-Banking Financial Company.
