GAIL (India) delivered a strong financial and operational performance in FY2024-25, achieving its highest-ever annual EBITDA, PBT, and PAT. Operationally, GAIL reported its highest-ever annual gas transmission volume and record LPG transmission. 

GAIL commissioned India’s first megawatt-scale green hydrogen plant (10MW capacity) and announced plans to set up 25–30 compressed biogas (CBG) plants across the country. It also advanced its Net Zero target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by five years, now aiming for 2035.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 1 per equity share (face value of ₹10 per equity share) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) had a strong year and the best full-year performance in over a decade. Tata Commercial Vehicles (CV) sustained strong margins, delivering over ₹1,000 crore in EBITDA, its highest-ever annual EBITDA and PBT for the segment. Electric vehicle volumes grew, with Tata maintaining over 55% EV market share. 

The company recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per share, subject to shareholder approval.

Across the board, digital adoption was high, with 94% of service interactions happening digitally, over 33,600 daily average users on apps, and AI-driven customer and risk management tools improving underwriting and renewals.

The company continues to invest in its omni-channel platforms, cross-sell within the Aditya Birla ecosystem, and deepen distribution across tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

Hero MotoCorp reported its highest-ever revenue and profit in FY25, reinforcing its leadership as India’s top two-wheeler manufacturer for the 24th consecutive year. 

The company saw strong growth across premium motorcycles, scooters, and EVs. Notably, EV sales grew nearly 200%, and exports rose 43% YoY. Hero also expanded its global footprint with new operations in the Philippines, Brazil, and Nepal.

The company declared a final dividend of ₹65 per share.
