Cummins India Ltd. delivered a strong performance in FY25, crossing the ₹10,000 crore annual revenue mark for the first time, while maintaining healthy profit margins. The company saw robust growth in domestic sales, supported by sustained demand across end-user markets, and a partial recovery in exports as global conditions gradually improved. In the March quarter, exports grew significantly on a year-on-year basis, though domestic sales saw a sequential moderation.

Management attributed the year’s growth to strategic partnerships, strong execution, and a disciplined focus on profitability. Despite ongoing global uncertainties, particularly around tax and trade policy, the company expects India’s stable macro environment and resilient domestic demand to support continued momentum.

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹33.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.
