Why do I need to activate DDPI for using TradingView?
TradingView does not support the CDSL E-DIS (TPIN/OTP) flow. By activating DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction), you give a one-time consent to Share.Market to debit shares from your demat account whenever you sell. This removes the need for repeated TPIN/OTP entries and allows faster, seamless selling directly on TradingView.
Here’s how you can enable DDPI on Share.Market:
Open the Share.Market app.
Go to Profile Photo > Investment and Trading Account > Preferences > Activate DDPI.
Submit and E-Sign the consent form digitally.
Once approved (usually within 24–48 hours), DDPI will be active.
From then on, you can sell your holdings directly from TradingView without interruptions.
