Stock Suspension or Delisting

If your stocks are currently not trading on the exchange.
This could be due to either delisting or a trading suspension.

What this means:

If Delisted: The stock is permanently removed from exchanges (NSE/BSE), so it won’t show in your live holdings.
You still own the stocks, but they can’t be traded easily—only via off-market deals or if the company offers a buyback/exit route.

If Suspended: Trading is temporarily halted. The stock may resume trading later, depending on the issue. Your stocks will remain in your demat, but you can’t trade them for now.

Next Steps:

  1. Visit the company’s website (investor relations section) for updates or circulars.
  2. Check NSE/BSE announcements for delisting or suspension notices.
  3. If you have already checked and still have questions, please share the Company Name and any relevant details (such as delisting date or suspension reason), and we’ll help.
