Finding the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) is essential for handling queries related to blocked amount for IPO, share transfers, dividends, or KYC updates. You can locate these details through the NSE or BSE websites using the steps below.
1. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE)
Visit the Website: Go to nseindia.com.
Access the NSE Page: Search for the specific company (e.g., NYKAA / FSN E-Commerce Ventures) on the nseindia.com website to open its quote page.
Locate the ‘More’ Menu: Scroll down to the menu bar just below the stock price and market data. Move your cursor to the “More” tab on the far right of the menu strip.
Open the Company Directory: When the dropdown menu appears under “More,” click on “Company Directory.”
Switch to Transfer Agent Details: On the left side, open the dropdown that currently says “Company Directory” and select “Transfer Agent Details.”
View Registered Office Details: The page will refresh. You can now view the address, telephone number, and email for the Registrar/Transfer Agent.
2. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
