How do I deactivate or reactivate F&O for my account?
1. Steps to Deactivate Your F&O Segment:
You can send an email to [email protected] from your registered email ID requesting the deactivation of your F&O trading segment.
You can also create a ticket to deactivate your F&O segment.
You will receive a confirmation email from Share.Market to verify your deactivation request.
Once you confirm, your F&O segment will be deactivated immediately.
After deactivation, you cannot reactivate the segment for the next 72 hours (cooling period).
2. Steps to Reactivate Your F&O Segment:
Reactivation is possible only after the mandatory 72-hour cooling period from the time of deactivation.
To reactivate, send an email to [email protected] from your registered email ID requesting reactivation of your F&O trading segment.
Once the request is received and verified, Share.Market will process and reactivate your F&O segment after 1 working day.
Please Note:
- You should not have any open positions or open orders in the segment while requesting deactivation.
- All requests must be made from your registered email ID.
- Deactivation happens immediately after your confirmation.
- Reactivation can only be requested after 72 hours.
