Why is my call not getting connected?

Your call may not be getting connected due to one of the following reasons:

  • You are calling outside Call and Trade hours (9:00 AM–3:45 PM, Monday to Friday) or on a trading holiday.
  • There may be high call volumes leading to agents being not available.
  • Account authentication failed (PAN or DOB check).
  • OTP verification was not completed or failed.
  • You are calling from an unregistered mobile number and account verification could not be completed.
  • Invalid or no input was provided on the call.
  • Poor network connectivity may have caused the call to disconnect or fail to connect.

Please call again during market hours using a registered mobile number and complete the OTP authentication.
