What information or documents are required for Call and Trade authentication?

If you’re calling from your registered mobile number, you’ll be connected to the Call and Trade desk for authentication.

However, if you’re calling from an unregistered mobile number, you will first complete an OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number, before proceeding with Call and Trade.

To authenticate your request, the team will authenticate your account by verifying details such as the last 4 digits of your PAN or your date of birth (DD/MM). No physical documents are required.

After successful verification, the team will confirm your trade instructions and execute the trade on your behalf.

This process ensures a smooth, secure, and compliant trading experience.
