What if I don’t receive an OTP to withdraw my funds?

If you haven’t received the OTP, tap ‘Resend OTP’ on the login screen after 30 seconds. A new OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and your registered email address.

  • Check your spam folder for OTP
  • Wait a few moments and try resending again
  • If required, try restarting your phone and try again later

Once you receive the new OTP, enter it to complete the login process.
