Why am I unable to add funds to my trading account through net banking?

The addition of funds through net banking may fail due to one of the following reasons:

  • You have tried adding funds from an unlinked bank account.
  • The transaction timed-out.
  • You have entered an invalid OTP.
  • You have pressed the back-button/refreshed the page.
  • Your bank account is blocked for online transactions or is currently inactive.
  • Technical issues.
  • You declined the payment request.
