Haven’t received OTP

If you haven’t received the OTP, tap ‘Resend OTP’ on the login screen. A new OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and your registered email address.

Still not received it?

  • Make sure your mobile network is active
  • Check your spam folder for OTP
  • Wait a few moments and try resending again
  • If required, try restarting your phone and try again later

Once you receive the new OTP, enter it to complete the login process.
