This may happen if your KYC is already under review or on hold with another platform at the KRA (KYC Registration Agency). In such cases, you’ll be able to complete your KYC with Share.Market only after 48 hours from your last submission.

Don’t worry — we’ll reach out to your registered email with the reason for the failure and steps to fix it, so you can continue your onboarding smoothly. You can also check your current KYC status directly on your KRA’s website. (CVL, CAMS, KARVY, or NDML).

To check which is your KRA, go to the CAMS KRA website. You can check your KRA name after entering PAN Details.
