How do I digitally esign a form?

To do this,

Go to digilocker.gov.in or downlaod the Digilocker app and log in to your account.

Click on Drive > Documents > Upload File.

Upload the required form and click on Sign.

Enter your Aadhaar number and click Get OTP.

Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number, tick the consent box, and click Submit.

Once signed, click the download icon to save the e-signed document.
