What is Portfolio Health and how is it calculated?

Portfolio Health is a simple indicator that shows the overall quality and risk level of your investments. We use our proprietary CRISP rating system to grade your holdings.

  • Stocks and ETFs are rated as HOLD, MONITOR, or SELL based on CRISP analysis.
  • Mutual Funds are rated as STRONG, AVERAGE, or WEAK based on their consistency and relative risk profile.
  • Instruments that do not have a CRISP score are marked as Unrated and treated neutrally in calculations.

For mutual funds, the rating reflects how consistently the fund has performed and whether its risk level is within an acceptable range. The overall Portfolio Health score is calculated as a weighted average of all your holdings’ scores.

Based on this combined score, your portfolio is rated:

  • Strong (High Health)
  • Average (Moderate Health)
  • Weak (Low Health)

This helps you quickly understand whether your portfolio is strong, needs monitoring, or may require corrective action.
