How does the app check if my portfolio is diversified?
Diversification is calculated using your current portfolio value, and the categories are sorted by highest allocation first so you can quickly see where most of your money is invested.
The analysis looks at your asset class split (equity, debt, others), market cap exposure (large, mid, small) and sector exposure. This helps you understand whether your portfolio is concentrated in certain parts of the market.
This shows how much each individual stock contributes to your portfolio through both direct holdings and indirect sources, such as Mutual Funds or ETFs that hold the same stock.
The analyser also highlights:
If a stock has high exposure through both sources, you will see a nudge to reduce overlap.
Note: All diversification and concentration checks follow standard portfolio thresholds designed for typical portfolios. These are not personalised to individual goals or risk profiles at the moment.
