The company is a forward-integrated manufacturer of acetone and phosphorus-based specialty chemicals involving complex and differentiated chemistries. With over 150 products supplied to 1,107 customers across 69 countries (as of July 31, 2025), its diversified applications across multiple industries help mitigate risks from business cycle fluctuations or disruptions in any single sector

R&D capabilities

The company’s specialty chemicals serve as key raw materials across multiple industries. As of July 31, 2025, it offered over 150 products and had a pipeline of 40 new products (9 post-pilot), enabling deeper engagement with existing clients and expansion into new markets

Client relationship

The company’s long-term relationships with key customers provide competitive advantages such as revenue visibility, goodwill, and cross-selling opportunities. It is a Government of India–certified 3 Star Export House with a strong global distribution network and certifications including Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), CHEMEXCIL membership, and product registrations under EU REACH and Korea REACH

Improper storage & handling
