9 companies posted their annual results for the financial year 2025-26 yesterday, including ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, HDB Financial Services, Elecon Engineering Company, Tejas Networks and Lotus Chocolate Company among others.
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company
- Gross Direct Premium Income (GDPI) increased by 7% to ₹28,712 crore in FY26, compared to ₹26,833 crore in FY25
- Profit After Tax increased by 10.5% to ₹2,772 crore in FY26, compared to ₹2,508 crore in FY25
- Basic EPS increased to 55.74 from 50.74
- The company has a market share of 10.7% in the motor segment and 8.7% in the health segment
ICICI Lombard is a leading private general insurance company in the country. It offers a range of products, including motor, health, crop, fire, personal accident, marine, engineering, and liability insurance.
HDB Financial Services
- Revenue from operations increased by 13% to ₹18,430 crore in FY26, compared to ₹16,300 crore in FY25.
- Net Profit increased to ₹2,544 crore in FY26, compared to ₹2,176 crore in FY25.
- The company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share.
HDB Financial Services is a leading Indian Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and a subsidiary of HDFC Bank. It provides diverse lending products (personal, enterprise, asset finance) and BPO services, focusing on underbanked customers with over 1,700 branches across India.
Elecon Engineering Company
- Revenue from operations came in at ₹2,366 crore in FY26, up 6% compared to ₹2,227 crores reported in FY25.
- Profit after tax decreased to ₹341 crore in FY26, compared to ₹415 crore in FY25
- Its order intake in FY26 increased by 12% year-on-year to ₹2,660 crore.
Elecon Engineering Company is one of Asia’s largest manufacturers of industrial gearboxes and material handling equipment
Tejas Networks
- Revenue from operations decreased significantly to ₹ 1,103 crore in FY26, compared to ₹8,923 crore in FY25.
- The company reported a loss of ₹908.89 crore in FY26, compared to a profit of ₹446.53 crore.
Tejas Networks, a Tata Group company, designs and manufactures high-performance optical, broadband, and wireless networking products for telecom service providers, governments, and defence in over 75 countries.
Lotus Chocolate Company
- Revenue from operations increased marginally to ₹579 crore in FY26 from ₹574 crore in FY25.
- Profit decreased to ₹10 crore in FY26, compared to ₹1,722 crore in FY25
Lotus Chocolate Company, now a subsidiary of Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), provides industrial products like cocoa butter and powder. Moreover, it has retail brands such as Chuckles, Superr Carr, and Milky Punch.
