What is Consolidated Revenue?
Consolidated revenue is the total income earned by a parent company and its subsidiaries, reported as one figure, but with any sales between them removed.
For example, if a parent owns two businesses, their combined revenue is reported after subtracting any intercompany sales.
This gives investors a true picture of how the whole group is performing, without double-counting internal transactions.
So when you see company ABC’s consolidated revenue grew 20%, you’re seeing the whole business family’s income, not just one part of it.
